All purchases must be paid for in FULL before any goods are released.
Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase. Orders will be shipped ASAP. Any delay and we will notify you immediately.

How to cancel your order
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. To cancel this contract, either telephone us on (01773-767799) or international (+44 1773-767799),
or e-mail us with your query and the order number and your instruction to cancel.

Return of goods

If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us. Once you have received your goods you have 7 days in which to inform us in writing that you will be returning your purchase for a FULL refund of the cost of the item. You (the buyer) are responsible for all return charges and the safe return of the goods, which should be returned Special Delivery (UK Customers), or DHL (International Customer) or the same method as the item was posted. Goods must also be returned in the same condition they were sent with the original Receipt. Your refund will not include your original postage charge. Once the goods have been return and inspected a full refund of the cost of the item will be issued in the same form as your payment was received within 30 days.

Return of autographed items

You can return your goods at anytime for authenticity reasons confirmed by an reputable autograph examiner. Items must be return in the same condition they were sent with the original Certificate of Authenticity and Receipt.

Refunds are only issued to the original purchaser and NOT to any other person. We retain digital images of all signed items sold for security and authentication purposes. Other conditions the same as shown in Return of goods above.
